We developed functionality that allowed customers to select the hire duration for their product of interest and submit an enquiry form which had to be reviewed by Pharmacy staff prior to making a booking.
The 'Send Your Script' page we developed allowed customers to fill out their contact details and upload their medication script which was then sent to Aspley Pharmacy staff via email.
We integrated the NAB Payment Gateway which allowed customers to enter their invoice number and credit card details to pay their invoice online. This drastically reduced the workload for Aspley Pharmacy staff and the entire pay bill experience was all on a single page so customers were not diverted off of the site.
